12.5.24     Batah                  Simplifying                       Focus

Hello! We are here to speak about your time and how to utilize it better. You can more easily focus when you have simplified as much as possible. This means less confusion, less distraction and more understanding of your work. We seek simplicity when we are dedicated to one train of thought. Overwhelm is apparent whenever you pick up your phone – the brain wants ‘comfort’ from the overwhelm. Simplifying also requires you to put your phone away as much as possible. Your brain will be much less stimulated.

We also require simplification in your home. We need to spend time reducing your belongings. We will help, we will guide you along the way. You don’t need to fear scarcity; your heart will be full – you don’t need belongings for this anymore! We can help you have an easy, light home – one that calms you instead of stimulating and overwhelming you. You will feel alive instead of weighed down, and you will be practicing faith, trust and allowing for risk and uncomfortableness in your life.

You don’t need to worry about needing something in the future. It will all be provided to you when you need it. You don’t ever need to give anything a second thought, you can be happy with ‘what is’. This is a ‘little’ arena for you. Your fear of the future is very evident in your tendencies. Shake off fear with trust, faith and gratitude. You will feel so much lighter, excited and open to possibility. You don’t even need a reason for not keeping what we say to get rid of, trust that there is a higher plan for that item. Trust that we sent to you what you need and require and plenty of fun things, too.

Can you see the patterns – when you trust you are taken care of, when you allow you draw towards you what you desire. Practicing non-attachment is the other half of the balance. You are good with it or good without it. Many people are trying to lose weight, could weight be an attachment? Perhaps it is an attachment to what feels safe, comfortable and familiar. Practice non-attachment in your life with your belongings and your body will get more comfortable with ‘letting go’.

We believe the areas most in need of simplifying are closets, dressers and storage rooms. Start with these and you will find the practice of letting go will be slow at first, but will pick up once you realize how freeing it can be. You will be amazed at how a clearer house can feel, so inspiring and able to support you. We recommend patience and clarity prior to beginning for connection to your Higher Self will be important. How much can you get rid of in three days?  We will see! Good luck!
