Traci Johns is a certified executive coach specializing in focus and productivity in business.
How can a productivity coach help me?
My expertise is in helping people to be more efficient with their resources: time, physical energy and money. I’ve developed skills, systems and tools over the last 10 years of working with all different types of personalities and situations. All coaching will help you get where you want to go faster and easier because a coach brings a different perspective to a situation and different ideas on how to solve a problem, both invaluable to anyone wanting to change a behavior or situation.
A productivity coach should be viewed as any tool that is used in business, just like a calendar, filing system, or CRM program. These all help you get done what you want done faster and easier, with less hassle and less resources used, which puts you ahead of the competition in more ways than one.
What is it like to be in a training class with a productivity coach?
As a trainer and speaker I strive to be engaging and enthusiastic for the topic at hand and above all else authentic. I provide plenty of content so everyone can identify with some concept or tip that they can take home and immediately begin to use. I strive not to waste anyone’s time, it goes against everything I’m trying to help people with.
Why did you become a coach?
The journey was a long one, but I have discovered that I am really energized when I connect with people on a real and authentic level. I have worked with all types of clients on a personal level for over 10 years and it works because I am completely non-judgmental and always confidential. This allow people to get to the root of the behavior they want to change or discover the real reason they are in the situation that they want to stop recreating in their life.
As I look back over the last 20 years that I have been training groups and the 10 years that I have been working one on one with individuals, I love and look forward to the group or person that is engaged and excited to learn or make changes. Life is short and I want to enjoy every single day. For me, that means engaging in a win-win coaching session or teaching opportunity because I love to see people getting a higher return on their efforts. Let me know today what your needs are, together we can find a solution.
